  • Including oily fish 2-3 times per week for the anti-inflammatory omega-3 oils: salmon, sardines, mackerel, pilchards and fresh tuna are all good choices
  • Cutting back on refined processed sugar laden foods that inhibit healing and repair
  • Enjoying a rainbow of brightly coloured vegetables and fruits each day for the natural phytonutrients and antioxidants that help manage inflammation
